Video of the Keystone Pipeline Not 12 May 2012. This is actually a 12 inch Natural Gas Pipeline that was built on the surface, capped at both ends, pressure tested. A 24 inch hole / tunnel was bored 19 meters below the Rideau River and then the 12 inch pipe was dragged through the 24 inch hole, entering on the east side of the Rideau while being pulled from the west side of the Rideau where it ultimately arrived.
