Description from the National Archives: REEL 1: Chofu, Japan. 41' MLS inside a Shinto Shrine, four Kamikaze pilots dressed in flying gear, walk towards camera and bow towards shrine. 45' MLS Same as above. 17' MS Low angle showing the four pilots lined up abreast and bowing. 18' CU Low angle from L side. 89' MS This scene was recreated at a Japanese airfield. It shows four pilots standing in front of a small table where the saki is placed. At the other end is their commander. Here they drink their farewell toast, etc., etc. 76' MC Another angle of the pilots as they salute their commander, about face and walk towards their planes. 17' MC Frame shot of three pilots, then a slow pan to the fourth one and the commander.
