Fiddle solo, Charles Wilkens - banjo, unknown - piano, Columbia 33277-F. The more common titles for these tunes are Scatter the Mud and Fasten the Leg in Her. Piper and fiddler Joe Shannon and Johnny McGreevy named their 1978 LP The Noonday Feast in honor of Morrison and Tom Ennis, their role models as youngsters. Morrison's setting of Scatter the Mud differs somewhat from the norm in its second part, hanging around the high G instead of descending to low G.
