"Dramatizes conferences between regimental and company officers during which programs designed to prepare the serviceman for his return to civilian life are discussed. One officer objects to the time required for these programs complaining that his other duties must suffer. It is pointed out to him that the preparation of the serviceman for his role in civilian life is the most important duty imposed upon the officer."
