National Archives description: "On the use of miniature, radio-controlled planes for antiaircraft target practice at Ft. Bliss, Texas. Target planes are lined up and towed to firing ranges. A plane is put on a catapult, its radio mechanism is installed, and it is fired and guided in flight. Gunner trainees fire at the target. Also shows how a parachute is placed in the plane to use for emergency landings."
