Not the greatest film quality. National Archives description: "War materiels are scrapped at the Aberdeen Proving Ground (Maryland). Shows the collecting and disassembling of old guns and mortars (dating from 1914, and including French and German weapons), tanks (some German), tractors, cannonballs, and shells. A 42cm German howitzer (1914), largest of all German field pieces, is among the scrapped weapons. Shows Gen. Charles T.
