National Archives description: "Shows solutions to traffic problems confronted in Calcutta and along the Stilwell Road. Radio control cars and a central transmitting station help coordinate activities. Explains the necessity for close cooperation with native and British police and for prompt reports of accidents. A convoy is escorted through the city. Highway control is obtained and maintained by using regularly placed traffic stations and careful patrolling."
