National Archives description: "Reel 1 shows destroyed ports abandoned by the enemy. The Engineer Officer and the Port Commander confer on the problem of restoring a port. Mine clearance technique is diagrammed. An engineer port repair ship is shown. Reel 2, piers are rebuilt. Bulldozers, pile drivers, and other equipment repair shore facilities. Naples and Cherbourg harbors are shown as examples of destruction and restoration."
