War Dept Film Bulletin 167: Traffic Control In The Normandy Invasion 1945
About this film
National Archives description "Reel 1 shows the traffic control headquarters in England. A unit leaves an English bivouac area, and its vehicles drive to marshaling areas. A priority unit interrupts the convoy. The convoy is directed to its assigned areas and divided into boat-load units by Military Police (MP). Reel 2, a unit waits for clearance near the docks and then boards a landing craft. An MP officer regulates the flow of traffic at the beachhead. Landing units are directed to assembly areas where they are regrouped. MP's select routes and accompany troops inland." Not the greatest film quality.
