National Archives description: "Points out the superiority of dispensers over reels, showing wire laying from reels and the problems and difficulties encountered. Shows the use of dispensers by men and vehicles. Demonstrates how to wind a dispenser, identifying features of its construction. An improvised dispenser is put together. Shows experiments in the use of dispensers by a dog, a rocket, a rifle grenade, and an airplane." Not the greatest film quality.
