Engineering Board film # EB-14, Transportable Runway (Steel Plank Type) . Description at National Archives: "Reel 1, b&w, earthmoving equipment is unloaded from a railway car. Engineer soldiers grade runways and lay perforated steel planks. Reel 2, part 1, b&w, engineers remove steel planks from runway, repack, fasten, and remove them by truck. Part 2, color, shows camouflaged operations dugout, control tower, and aircraft pens. B-24 aircraft take off and land." Film appears to be B&W & Reel 1 though?
