Screenplay by Henry and Phoebe Ephron who were the parents of writer/producer/director Nora Ephron ("When Harry Met Sally," "Sleepless in Seattle," "You've got Mail," etc.) TRIVIA: Filmed in part in the Andrew Carnegie Mansion, New York City. The only film in which Fred Astaire's singing voice was dubbed. The dubbing was done by Thuri Ravenscroft, otherwise known as the voice of Tony the Tiger.
