This newsreel clip is self-explanatory. Its producer and release date are unknown, but the real mystery is why Cecil never became world-famous. My father could tap out tunes on his teeth and he also played a wicked air-trombone, but not at the same time. His star too is missing on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. We have learned to live with the pain of rejection.
