No description at the National Archives but this is aerial footage of an 8th Air Force B-24 bombing run to Beauvais, France. (There were several in June of 1944.) One of the B-24 bombers has the identification markings of the 706th Bombardment Squadron (Heavy) of the 446th Bombardment Group.
