Misspelled at the National Archives as "British Thank General Powell [SIC] for Air Evacuation Help." No description at the National Archives but this is a very short film of a British military officer thanking Generals Doolittle and Ernest Marshall Cowell for their help in evacuating 50,000 wounded troops via air. Cowell was the Director of Medical Services for Allied forces in North Africa.
