This short film begins with the diagnosis of two children - one with a harmless heart defect and one with an atrial septal secundum defect. Slow-motion animation with synchronized heart sounds and phono-cardiogram are used to demonstrate the significance of the split-second sound in the differential diagnosis of atrial septum secundum. Surgery is performed on the child with the more serious defect. 5 segments.
