MISTER WHISKEY' Explains that he is not allowed to pilot a plane, drive an engine or steer a ship on the high seas because he lacks good judgment, stamina, agility and clear thinking. A young country boy yearns for the big city life. He travels with Mr. Whiskey to the city and sees trains, airplanes, ships and the city - complete with skid row bums.
