Clark presides as men of the 5th Army receive naturalization papers. Japanese units of the 5th Army pass in review. Part 2, Sergio Osmena is sworn in as President of the Philippines by Justice Jackson. Manuel Quezon's body is borne through Washington, D.C., to the Arlington National Cemetery and there interred. Flashback shows Quezon with Gen. MacArthur. Part 3, Marines land on Guam behind an aerial and naval bombardment. Marine Gen. Geiger inspects the newly won positions."
