Mr Blakeney opening the case of Yoshijiro Umezu. RV, Col Ivanov objecting to Umezu's affidavit being admitted as evidence. LSs, MLSs, witness Tashizo is sworn in. Mr Blakeney reads *Tashizo's affidavit. Col Ivanov questioning Tashizo about his affidavit.
