United States Army film. National Archives description: "VS, US crews load and fire 105mm HOW on M7 motor carriage. CU, soldier sets adjustments on HOW and barrel is elevated. CU, looking down thru tube of HOW. Excellent CUs: recoil action of HOW; shell casing falls out and shellis taken by hand and thrown over side; HOW is loaded and fired. Smokedrifts into camera and obscures picture. CU, gun Sgt gives fire order over phone. LS, artillery shells explode in distance. MS, soldiers in OP overlook terrain thru binoculars. MS, CUs, US soldiers dig up German Teller mines. CU, soldier hands ammo to another soldier who places it on rack."
