Frustrations set Jack's blood boiling as he plans his European vacation. At the passport office, he encounters endless red-tape as he's shuffled from window to window. He has his photo taken by photographer Mel Blanc who hands every man the same photo of Rock Hudson, and smart-mouthed bureaucrat Frank Nelson who's not wearing any pants. Everyone gives Benny a dirty look when he repeatedly claims his age as 39. Note: This was uploaded previously by someone else.
