About this film

LibriVox recording of 333: A Bibliography of the Science-Fantasy Novel by Joseph H. Crawford, Jr.; Donald M. Grant; James J. Donahue. Read in English by Ben Tucker. "333" is concerned with those novels which are generally considered the best efforts in Science-Fantasy up to and including 1950. It deals primarily with American fiction, and as such, provides bibliographical information—publisher, date and place of publication for the first American edition. In the few exceptions where important English novels have been included, first English edition information is provided. Each title of the included 333 has its plot digested and discussed in wordage totaling between one hundred and one hundred and fifty words. An individual classification— one of the eight divisions which make up the entire field of Science-Fantasy-has been assigned to each title, and the possibilities of this division are explored in the work's introduction. - Summary by Inside cover of book For further information, including links to online text, reader information, RSS feeds, CD cover or other formats (if available), please go to the LibriVox catalog page for this recording.
