NASA Education supports the FIRST competitions and teams. Before the win and before the competition, the robots must be unpacked and checked out. In some cases, the newbie teams put their robots together right before the competition. "Coopertition"--cooperating until the very moment of competition, hard work and technical learning take place well before the robots set track, tread or wheel on the field.
