Tannhäuser: Ouvertüre (abridged, 2 parts - Wagner) 30 cm Polyphon 50098 Kat.Nr. 100180 / 100181, Matrix Nr. 159 as // 160 1/2 as TONKÜNSTLER-ORCHESTER rec. 1920 Genre: Populäre Klassik Note : The first 5 minutes give the original ouverture, but then comes a large cut of About five minutes music and the recording comes to the final pilgrim theme and the regular end of the ouverture. To record it in whole lenght, another two 30cm-sides would have been necessary. So as it is only a torso, I put it in the popular collection and not in the "serious".
